Interesting tidbit on Russian culture.

For those of you that read the "Partying with Russians" link I posted yesterday, you may have noticed that the author referred to appetizers as "zakuska." Now, I'm used to that word being used for dessert, which confused me a bit, so I asked my family about it. Apparently, pretty much all foods are called "zakuska," because all foods are used as dessert (chasers) for alcohol. And that's Russian culture for ya.

Also, my right knee hurts for some reason.

edit: That was an excellent movie, and damned if that girl wasn't cute when she didn't have her glasses on.
